Just having plans that outline crisis management procedures, responsibilities, etc. is never enough. These plans must be living documents that are easily accessible and fully understood by everyone involved in the crisis response.

In addition to developing new or optimizing existing crisis management, emergency management, business continuity, and disaster recovery plans, C4CS® delivers objective expertise to train primary, backup, and ancillary Crisis Response Team (CRT) members and establish onsite and offsite Crisis Control Centers (CCC). Our team also assists with the development and implementation of Crisis Notification protocols and related tools, as well as CRT Activation. We create and conduct realistic, scenario-based workshops and crisis exercises including tabletops that thoroughly test crisis response plans and refine CRT members’ skills. By cultivating a healthy learning environment and advocating recurring training and testing, C4CS® facilitates each client's ability to implement crisis response plans and procedures and sharpen necessary tools.
